Advertising with us is simple. Your first step is to register by picking a login and password. After click the button that says post a new student rental and fill in the form with your information.
If you are placing an advert for a tenant are rates are very cheap. As part of the rates you have the luxury to upload three pictures (please 30k max each) of your rental.
To advertise for a two month period the cost is fifteen dollars (cdn). Each two month period after that is another $15.
Once again that is
$15.00 - two month time period (includes 3 pictures)
The reason we charge is to maintain the site (hosting, etc.) and to provide us with great web postitioning!
Payments
We use PAYPAL© as our credit card processing agent. You are requested
to pay for any listings once you've entered the details and want to activate
them. We hand over to PAYPAL© who collect and process your details. We
hold NO details relating to your credit card except for the cardholders name.
This is ensure that your confidential information is kept confidential.
PAYPAL© is an internationally recognised processing agent offering safe and secure processing of payments. It is the recommended form of payment for E-Bay customers.
Your credit card details are processed by a secure site. Once your credit card payment is approved, your listing will be available online. This should take no longer than 3 seconds. You are automatically emailed a GST receipt when your selected payment option is processed.
If you cancel the payment for whatever reason, then your listing will be deactivated. Should you dispute the transaction in any way, then waterloooffcampushousing.com will deactivate your listing until the dispute is resolved.
We have gone to a lot of effort to ensure that the process of listing rental property is as smooth and seamless as we can make it.
